foyer

last night i was sitting in my living room, waiting for a friend to arrive, and really looking at my foyer. i was thinking about how i could make it cuter - and i actually thought about painting it a light pink. so i googled some ideas and found this cute little modern feminine foyer. it's probably about 36" wide by 18" deep which is a really small space to work with, but it looks so tidy and useful. and i like the grayish brown neutral ground with lots of white and hits of girly pink.

and that umbrella is seriously sweet.
